Etiquette
- Move off once charged — fast chargers are a shared resource; don't use a DC bay as a parking spot after you hit ~80–90%.
- Don't unplug someone else's car. If a charger is the only one free and a car looks finished, wait or move on — never interrupt an active session.
- Park considerately so the cable reaches and the next user can access the bay.
- Report a broken charger (via the network/app) so it gets fixed — it helps everyone.
If a charge won't start
- Reseat the connector — make sure it's fully clicked in at both ends; most failures are a loose plug.
- Check the app/screen for an error and that your account/payment is in order.
- Try the other connector or another bay — the issue may be that unit, not your car.
- Make sure the car isn't locked to a charge schedule or departure timer that's blocking the session.
- If DC won't start, an AC top-up may still work — and vice versa.
Most 'charger won't work' moments are a loose connector or an app/payment hiccup, not a fault with your car.
